Don’t miss the next high school to be showcased as part of the Friends of Jazz High School Showcase which gives the bands the opportunity to play in a real club environment. Florentines Bar and Grill in Fullerton is the location, the Katella High Musicians are set to take the stage Saturday, March 19 @ 12:30 p.m. This week is extra special in that Dylan Harlan, son of FOJ Board Member Jim Harlan, is director for the Katella Jazz Band. Dylan often volunteers his time to judge for showcase events, this time, he will be leading his own group of young musicians.
